Rooms are really cool but small as well. The pool is small but I inviting. Other than that it was pretty good overall. I would have like to have more comfy seating in my room. Beds are set away from wall so it makes it hard to sit up and watch tv or movie. And the Alfreds coffee shop downstairs. They were so accommodating and patient and always answered all my questions. The room itself was beautiful too and I loved the design.
Modern style rooms with great decor! The staff was great, and Andrew at the hotel bar was awesome! The room had its industrial ambience but some items were a bit odd like a large open green plastic tub for a bin in the bathroom. The place was very clean, modern amenities and the range of room service options was good! Breakfast was not work the price. Expected better for the price and a 4 star hotel. The overall look of the hotel is good. Coffee great. Pricy, even no free coffee in the room. Location is good and convenient to walk around to go shop and restaurants. Arrogant staff, not attentive.
The bathrooms are pretty old and badly maintained. Everything the service and all. Nothing the view was facing another building. My only complaint is that we ordered chips and guacamole at the bar and after 35 minutes we canceled the order. We were going to be late for our show. Extremely awesome customer service. Cleanliness, comfort. Parking is pricey at the hotel so definitely take the time to seek out other options. We were freezing! No free coffee and property eateries are really cool but expensive for the overall quality. Location is excellent. Water basin got choked the first day we were there.
A bit disappointed. Super convenient location. Got nice restaurants and 24 hour supermarket around. Rooms a touch small. Restaurant and cafe were ace. We stayed during the weekend and it was so noisy till we couldnt sleep. The coffee shop, the interior, the hospitality and we loved our room. Good location, clean room, comfortable bed. We ordered room service for breakfast in the morning and that was the only thing we were disappointed with. It was very expensive and not very good.
The staff was unbelievably friendly and the hotel was beautiful and unique. The beds and pillows were not comfy and it is so so loud. Located on a very busy street we did not sleep very well. We were on the nosier side of the hotel and then they moved us to the other side the next day and downsized us to a smaller version of our room.
Still pretty loud at night, we were located right on top of 2 events after that. A big loud wedding and a magazine launch the next night. This place is a hotel for people that just want to be out partying all night and that don't sleep much because you are not going to feel very rested after. We liked the style of the rooms and hotel. Build quality, window seals leaking noise and aircon quite loud. Rooms were large and modern. Staff were great.
