Not only did I buy this book to support a fellow Houstonion but I also was looking for an Indian cookbook that had recipes that I could make easily at home. This is not an easy recipe for a busy person.. I also was dissapointed that in one recipe it required fresh pieces for grinding the spices at home, instead of just something you can buy at Indian grocery like "curry" or "garam masala" already prepared I have rated 3 stars because of the deceptive title, not that I have tried the recipes yet.

Will update when I do Saag Paneer but with store-bought paneer. Not to mention, I bought this by mistake thinking it was the book I wanted, the other one had recipes, and had better reviews as to the ease and authenticity of the Indian recipes.
