We are not set up for pick-up. We've tried it in the past and had too many "no shows". Our schedules can be erratic, so please allow us to mail your package. This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and auctions. I try very hard to please all of my buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies. Low ratings affect my income -- it only takes 3 1's or 2's in any category within a 3 month period regardless of the volume of sales to lower my standing.

Please do not cost me money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the PO. Most of my items are not listed with shipping included unfortunately, there's no such thing as "free" shipping.

Please do not rank my stars low because I charge for shipping and some sellers do not. I do not make a profit on the shipping. Bake until the surface of the matzo is golden brown and bubbly, 30 seconds or so. Using tongs, carefully f lip the matzo pieces and continue to bake until the other side is browned and lightly blistered. Keep careful, constant watch to keep the matzo from burning; the exact cooking time will vary from oven to oven, and will get a little longer with each subsequent batch.
