Now, wanted to start again and this book is just what I needed! I used to do Yoga years ago and have found it extremely beneficial for health and fitness. Unfortunately, mainly due to work I stopped. I wanted a book that would walk me through the basics again and this book is just the book for that task.

I am much older now and feel a lot stiffer in the joints in the mornings, but I have more time so I am looking forward to Yoga again.
